Method: Manual

Cranial: Upper border of palpable/visible breast tissue; maximally up to the inferior edge of the sterno-clavicular joint. In case of mastectomy guided by palpable/visible signs; if appropriate guided by the contralateral breast; maximally up to the inferior edge of the sterno-clavicular joint
Caudal: Most caudal CT slice with visible breast. Guided by palpable/visible signs; if appropriate guided by the contralateral breast
Medial: Lateral to the medial perforating mammarian vessels; maximally to the edge of the sterl bone
Lateral: Lateral breast fold; anterior to the lateral thoracic artery. If Postmastectomy, then guided by the contralateral breast and maximum upto the mid axillary line.
Ventral: 5mm under skin surface
Dorsal: Major pectoral muscle or costae and intercostal muscles where no muscle
