Structure Boundaries

Cranial Boundary

Topmost section where the stomact contour is visible, This will usually be the fundus of the stomach.

Caudal Boundary

Lowermost section at which the stomach is visible typically the greater curvature of the stomach is visualized here.

Medial Boundary

The entire lesser curvature starting from the gastroesophageal junction to the 1st part of duodenum.

Lateral Boundary

The entire greater curvature of the stomach

Ventral Boundary

Anterior wall of the stomach
